How is the moving cost calculated?

Yes, we provide basic liability coverage at no additional cost, as required by industry standards. Basic coverage is limited to $0.60 per pound per item.
For additional peace of mind, customers may purchase Full-Value Protection coverage for an added fee. This optional coverage provides enhanced protection for lost or damaged items during the move.
Full-Value Protection starts at $99 and varies based on the declared value of your belongings..

Are my belongings insured during the move?

For local moves, we charge transparent hourly rates based on the number of movers and trucks required:
2 Movers + Truck — Starting at $129/hour
3 Movers + Truck — Starting at $179/hour
4 Movers + Truck — Starting at $229/hour
All local moves include professional moving equipment, furniture protection, and basic liability coverage. Minimum booking hours may apply depending on the move size and distance.
For long-distance moves, pricing is based on the volume or weight of your belongings, distance traveled, and any additional services requested. We provide clear, binding estimates after a detailed assessment so there are no hidden surprises on moving day.
Optional Full-Value Protection coverage is also available for additional peace of mind.

How far in advance should I book my move?

We recommend booking your move at least 2–6 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons such as summer months (May–September), weekends, and month-end dates when availability fills up quickly.
For last-minute moves, feel free to contact us. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your schedule, subject to availability.

How is the moving cost calculated?

Yes, we provide a full range of professional packing materials, including moving boxes, wardrobe boxes, bubble wrap, packing paper, mattress covers, and packing tape.
Customers can purchase packing supplies separately, or choose our full packing services where all materials are included in the quoted price for added convenience.
